Jack Lalanne has basically been conducting an experiment on himself for more than 90 years! He exercises every day and eats no white flour or sugar...(plus, his wife still looks great, too!).p.s. he also invented that leg extension thingie ubiquitous to all gyms--this was back in the 30s.
